These Terms of Sale set out the terms and conditions on which products are supplied to you as a buyer on www.featherlyne.net (together defined as the “Site”). The owner and operator of the Site are Featherlyne Trading Company, registered in Qatar (“Qatar”).

  1. Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order via the Site.
  2. By placing an order on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale with immediate effect.
  3. You agree to use www.featherlyne.net website (the “Website”) only for purposes that are permitted by these Terms & Conditions and any applicable law, regulation, or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions.
  4. You agree that you will not access or attempt to access the Website other than through the interface provided by www.featherlyne.net unless you are permitted to do so in a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Featherlyne Trading.
  5. You expressly agree not to access or attempt to access the Website, or any portion thereof, through any automated means, including but not limited to the use of scripts or web crawlers.
  6. You agree that you will not engage in any activity that disrupts or otherwise interferes with the Website (or the servers and networks which are connected to the Website).
  7. You agree that you will not duplicate, reproduce, copy, sell, trade, or resell the Website for any purpose.
  8. You agree that you are solely responsible for any breach of your obligations under these Terms & Conditions and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which Featherlyne Trading may suffer) of any such breach.

Your Account

  1. Creating an account on our website is optional. However, there are certain services or areas of the Site that you may be required to register.
  2. Your username and password are for your personal use only. While using our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and
    password and restricting access to your computer.
  3. You also agree to accept responsibility for all activities under your account or password.
  4. In addition to all other rights available to Featherlyne.net, including those outlined in these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to
    terminate your account, refuse service to you, or cancel orders.

Payment Terms and Fees

  1. All fees and prices are in Qatari Riyals (QAR).
  2.  Prices on our Site are subject to modification at any time. We reserve the right to update the prices displayed on our Site. If an order is confirmed or delivered, it cannot be claimed against the new price.
  3. We accept payment via debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express cards).
  4. Payment Data: Payment gateways that we offered are secured and PCI compliant. Card date provided for any payment transactions are protected.

Delivery Times, Terms and Fees

  1. All orders may require 24-48 hours of processing time before shipping.
  2. Featheryne.net does not process orders during weekends (Fridays and Saturdays).
  3. No deliveries will be made on Fridays and Holidays.
  4. Featherlyne.net does not guarantee same-day shipping.
  5. Featheryne.net currently does not offer international shipping options.
  6. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
  7. This shipping method is available only for Qatar except for some areas far from the city.
  8. If the delivery fee applies, the corresponding fee(s) is reflected upon checkout.

Order Cancellation

  1.  Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting Featherlyne.net’s customer support team.
  2. If the customer cancels an order before it is shipped. In that case, Featherlyne.net will issue a full refund to the customer’s original payment method.
  3. If the customer cancels an order after it is shipped but before it is delivered, the customer will be responsible for returning the item(s) to Featherlyne.net at their own expense. We will issue a refund once we receive the item(s) in its original condition.
  4. If the customer cancels an order after it is delivered. In that case, the customer will be responsible for returning the item(s) to Featherlyne.net at their own expense. We will issue a refund once we receive the item(s) in its original condition.
  5. Featherlyne.net reserves the right to cancel an order if the item is out of stock, discontinued, or unavailable for any other reason. In such cases, Featherlyne.net will notify the customer immediately and issue a full refund.
  6. If cancellation is made due to external factors other than Featherlyne. In that case, we will charge a 5% to 10% Cancellation Fee for the order value on prepaid order(s).
  7. Except mutually agreed upon by both parties, deliveries not made within 30 days also entitle customers to cancellation and full refund to their original payment method, per Qatari law.

Warranty and Return Policy

Featherlyne Trading warrants that all products sold on this Site are free from defects in materials and workmanship subject to the condition stated herein.

Standard Warranty and Return Policy

  1. If a product purchased from the Site is found to be defective within the warranty period. In that case, the user may be eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund, as determined by Featherlyne Trading.
  2. If a customer receives a damaged or defective product from the Site. In that case, you should contact the customer service team or their assigned sales executive within a specified period after receiving the item.
  3. The customer may be required to provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect before Featherlyne Trading can process a replacement or refund.
  4. Featherlyne Trading reserves the right to inspect the product to determine the defects cause and verify the warranty claims validity.
  5. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  6. The Site’s liability for any breach of this warranty shall be limited to repairing, replacing, or refunding the defective product, as determined by Featherlyne Trading.
  7. If the damage or defect resulted from the customer’s actions or negligence. In that case, Featherlyne Trading may be unable to offer a replacement or refund.
  8. The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair or modification of the product.

Warranty Product Return & Refund Eligibility Criteria (Electronics and Tools, Tablets / PCs and Laptops)

If a product purchased from this Site is found to be defective within the warranty period. In that case, the user may be eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund, as determined by Featherlyne Trading, provided that the following criteria are met:

  1. The product is unused and in its original condition.
  2.  Should include all accessories, manuals, and packaging materials.
  3. If the product has been used, the original box was opened, or the seal was removed, the product replacement and refund will not be processed unless there is a manufacturing defect or physical damage upon delivery, provided it is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  4. If the product has any manufacturing defect, the original box, user manual, and all other accessories must be returned too.
  5. Electronic items can only be returned within three days.

The following electronic products are not eligible for return or refund:

  1. Software products that have been opened or activated.
  2. Products with a missing serial number or UPC.
  3. Products with physical damage or missing parts.
  4. Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

General Conditions (Applicable to all returns and warranties)

  1.  If the product has a Warranty, we will mention the warranty period in the invoice.
  2. To make a warranty claim, the customer must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt and a defect description.
  3. All returned products in resalable condition are eligible for either return or refund. It is important to note that the return or refund will be void if the product is not in resalable condition.
  4. The products sold in deals/promotions/special prices cannot be refunded but replaced only if it has any physical damages upon delivery or manufacturing defects.
  5. If a replacement is available, Featherlyne Trading will ship the replacement item to the customer at no additional cost.
  6. Damages from liquid exposure cannot be returned.
  7. Cannot return product tampering due to third-party/self-repair attempts.
  8. The Warranty does not apply to cases other than material, design, and workmanship defects. Warranty obligations are limited to repairing defective products or refunding the amount of the purchased product (such decision at the product Seller’s discretion).
  9. Repair or replacement under the terms of a warranty does not provide a right to extension or renewal of the warranty period.
  10. Warranty terms are under your device manufacturer. Suppose your product is unrepairable but is still under the manufacturer’s Warranty. In that case, we’ll issue a replacement; if a replacement isn’t available, we will refund you in full. Not all products are covered by the Warranty. Always check the product description to know if it includes warranty benefits.
  11. Featherlyne Trading reserves the right to return any product to the customer if it does not meet the return guidelines. In such cases, the customer you are not entitled to a refund for the product.
  12. In the case of replacement, Featherlyne Trading will make two delivery attempts. We will hold the product for another three days if both attempts are unsuccessful. Customers can request a reattempt within three days by calling their assigned sales executive on their preferred delivery date. If the delivery attempt fails again, we will hold the order for a maximum of three days and send an official email to your egistered email ID or an SMS to your registered mobile number regarding the confirmation of order cancellation. If there is no reply from the customer within four days, we will cancel the replacement order.
  13. If a refund is requested, Featherlyne Trading will issue the corresponding refund amount to the customer’s original payment method—full or partial refunds to be
    determined after completing the return/refund evaluation.

Refund Timeline

  1. After the return is processed (subject to conditions), it may take up to 7-21 working days for the refund to get credited.

Disputes

In the event of any dispute, claim, controversy, or difference (including concerning any tortious or statutory claim) (“Dispute”) arises out of or in connection with or about this User Agreement, including (without limitation) any question regarding the formation, existence, scope, performance, interpretation, validity or termination of this User Agreement or this clause, or any question regarding the legal relationships established by this User Agreement or the consequences of its nullity. In that
case, the parties shall first attempt amicably to settle the Dispute through good-faith negotiations for thirty (30) calendar days commencing on the date that a party first sends the other party a written notice of the Dispute.

If a Dispute has yet to be settled amicably by the relevant parties by the end of such thirty (30) calendar day period. In that case, the parties agree that the Dispute shall be submitted to arbitration according to the Qatar International Center for Conciliation and Arbitration Rules of the QatarChamber of Commerce and Industry.
